Orderly Quarters Incorporated (OQI) warrants to the original purchaser of an OQI designed, supplied, and installed organizational system, that its standard component parts will remain free of any defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the products in its originally installed location.

This warranty is expressly limited to the replacement or repair of system component parts having defects. If a part is defective as per the terms of the warranty, OQI, at its discretion, will repair the defective part, furnish a replacement part at no cost to the original purchaser, or refund the original purchase price. The word “defects” as used in this warranty, is defined as imperfections which impair the utility of the product.

This warranty applies under conditions of normal use for the stated, intended purpose of the product. This warranty specifically excludes defects that result from unreasonable use, negligence, abuse, mis-use, installation by anyone other than an OQI installer, re-installation, modification, or relocation of the system after initial installation, intentional damage or exposure. Also excluded is damage caused by disaster such as fire, flood, wind, or lightning.

Items sold by OQI, but not designed and crafted by OQI, will be limited to the warranty offered by the manufacturer of that product.

In the case of OQI designed, supplied, and installed organizational systems for industrial, commercial, or business purposes, or use for such purposes, these same standard component parts are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
