Step 1

Call us for your complimentary in-home consultation; we’ll meet at a time that’s convenient for you. If you’re building a new home, we’ll work with your floor plans and/or contractor. Our phones are open from 7 am to 10 pm, 7 days a week. If we don’t answer, it could be we’re in a meeting or operating loud shop equipment; leave a message and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can. Are you concerned that the solution will be more than you care to spend? Be assured, there is something for every budget; so don’t let that stop you. Whatever you decide to invest, we’ll give you the absolute most we can for the money. Besides, it doesn’t cost anything to find out the possibilities.

Step 2

When we arrive, we’ll take the measurements and review the various options available. If you have ideas, pictures, or magazine clippings, we can incorporate them. We’ll provide you with 3D drawings, with pricing, within 48 hours. Worried about a high pressure sales call? Don’t worry; we don’t want you to rush into anything ~ especially a cobbled together solution like those prepared at your kitchen table by some companies, who then want your decision to buy something immediately. Our objective at this meeting is to understand your needs, not meet a sales quota.

Step 3

We’ll send you the 3D drawings and pricing for review and approval. If you’d like to see changes to the design, we can do that too. Once we have a design you’ve approved, we’ll set a date for installation. Since your organizational system will be custom built for you, we require a 50% deposit to begin building it.

Step 4

A few days before your scheduled installation date, prepare your area for installation. If you’re getting a closet system, empty your closet and remove the exiting fixtures. This is a good time to repair the drywall and touch up or repaint. For an additional charge we can help with this; please make the request when we schedule the installation date.

Step 5

On installation day, we will arrive to create your personalized closet. We’ll give you an idea of how long the installation will take. Depending on the size, it could take half a day or longer. When installation is complete, we’ll wipe down the new addition and clean the work area. Upon completion, final payment is due.

Step 6

You can expect a follow-up call or visit to help us ensure you are loving your closet and that it is meeting your needs. If it isn’t, we will make sure the necessary adjustments are made so that it does!
